Thought Machine is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who will support executives in London. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, strong communicator and a driven individual who can demonstrate commitment and a get-it-done attitude.

Duties
  • Be a point of contact among executives, clients, and other external partners
  • Organise and schedule meetings
  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation
  • Manage the calendars and schedules of senior management
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
  • Perform administrative tasks for the executive team
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of department offsites and training events
Essential Requirements
  • 3+ years experience working as a Personal Assistant to multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and the ability to effectively engage and liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Able to work in an environment which is fast paced and subject to frequent change; attention to detail is essential together with the capability to learn quickly
  • Excellent skills in document, slide and spreadsheet management including the Google productivity suite
  • To be forward-thinking, proactive and the ability to adapt to all situations
  • To maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues in a discreet manner
  • Confident decision maker and able to show good initiative
  • Resilient with a flexible attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with other colleagues
