Thought Machine is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support our payroll processes globally, across the UK, APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

This role, based in the UK, will work with finance and non-finance teams and external advisors to scale payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will handle payroll deliverables, respond to queries, and support ad hoc projects as we expand internationally, with a focus on controls, reporting, and timely payments.
