Engineering Programme Managers at Thought Machine are responsible for delivering complex technical programmes within the engineering division. They lead planning, coordination, and support for engineering teams to ensure programme success.
Duties
- Manage technical programmes: planning, setting milestones, success criteria, and coordinating multi-team, multi-month engineering efforts.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and updates across all levels of the company.
- Support engineering teams in identifying alignment gaps and reducing overhead.
- Understand the product and technical details to drive programmes forward.
- Focus on outcomes and ensure activities support programme objectives.
