The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients, focusing on post-sales relationship management. This role emphasizes understanding client needs, matching them with Thought Machine solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through stakeholder engagement and technical knowledge. You will engage with diverse groups, including enterprise executives, fintech founders, and cross-functional teams, to build trust and drive success.

Duties include:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, streamlining collaboration.
  • Develop strategic relationships and understand client infrastructure to facilitate support.
  • Guide clients on product use, escalate issues, and coordinate with support teams.
  • Lead operational reviews and maintain client health metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer management skills and experience in success or account management.
  • Knowledge of banking/finance and experience with executive stakeholders.
  • At least five years in a customer-facing role, with collaboration across business units.
  • Technical familiarity with cloud providers, microservice architectures, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Understanding of software engineering, ITIL, cloud-native applications, and support escalation processes.
