About you
You’re a creative and data-driven digital marketer with a passion for crafting impactful online campaigns. You have stellar organisational skills, a proactive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and have a keen eye for analytics. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Optimise website content for SEO and user experience.
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and running paid ad campaigns.
- Work closely with designers to create visually engaging assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights.
- Work with designers and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising and email marketing.
- Experience running paid social on Meta, covering campaign management, budget control, audience building, retargeting, and pixel and conversion tracking.
- Up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and current growth and engagement metrics across all socials platforms.
- Confident with Klaviyo, from campaign sends through to flow building, segmentation, and list growth.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a clear understanding of what styles work on each platform.
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving and results-driven approach.
- Account Management: ability to understand client needs and manage multiple client accounts.
- Comfortable auditing accounts and reporting on performance, and creating recommendations to further clients growth potential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours work around events and campaign launches.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO software.
- Basic SEO awareness and experience with a CMS such as Shopify.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools.
