Thortful Limited is seeking a Senior Retention Manager to join our marketing team and report to the Head of Growth. You will own NBCA modeling, drive subscription growth for Xtrathortful, and lead cross‑functional efforts to optimise lifecycle, engagement and value.
You’ll manage CRM channels (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS), mentor a small team, and work with Brand, Product, Ops and Happiness teams to enhance the customer journey. We value curiosity, strategic thinking, and a bias for action.
