You will lead our estimating efforts—ensuring competitive, accurate, and profitable bids—while simultaneously overseeing project lifecycles, resource allocation, and team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Oversee the preparation of detailed, accurate material, labor, and time estimates for large‑scale projects.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and contract terms to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Vendor Negotiations: Source, vet, and negotiate competitive pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Operations Management:
