We are seeking an organised, proactive and personable Operations Assistant to join our thriving and ambitious secondary school. The role will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our successful Sixth Form provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the daily administration of the Sixth Form office
  • Acting as a first point of contact for students, parents and visitors
  • Monitoring attendance, punctuality and student records
  • Assisting with timetables, examinations and enrolment processes
  • Coordinating events such as open evenings, interviews and enrichment activities
  • Supporting communication with students, families and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate data systems and records
  • Working closely with the Director of Sixth Form, BEST Lead – Sixth Form and wider pastoral team

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Experience of working in a busy office or educational setting (desirable)
