Senior Ride Operator & Trainer , where you'll help deliver safe, efficient, and memorable guest experiences while supporting the development of our Ride Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator with a passion for leadership, training, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience within Ride Operations, attractions, leisure, hospitality, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve high standards.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and confidently resolving guest issues when they arise.
  • A proactive approach to safety, with a strong understanding of the importance of compliance and operational procedures.
  • The ability to support daily attraction operations, monitor performance, and assist in maintaining efficient ride throughput.
  • Confidence in carrying out assessments, providing feedback, and supporting the ongoing development of colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support operational needs across the wider resort.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, taking ownership of tasks and driving high standards across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or assessing team members.
  • Strong customer service experience within a guest-facing environment.
  • Understanding of health and safety responsibilities within an operational setting.
  • Experience managing operational challenges and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience dealing with guest feedback and escalations is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence.
