To provide a high level of customer service to all guests in line with the company’s values and achieve mystery shop targets through the consistent delivery of this.

Develop in-depth product and park knowledge to become more informative to our guests both within units and on park.

Clear communication with team leaders and management with new ideas and suggestions to create a better work environment.

Comply with company policies in the completion of all necessary paperwork and cleaning schedules.

Working in Retail & Fastrack at Thorpe Park means creating lasting memories in an environment where no day is ever the same. We have a range of stores across the Resort, offering both team and independent working opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness within the units, as well as delivering world class customer service to our guests.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist the department in achieving agreed budgetary targets set through joint ownership of units alongside your team and managers.
  • Provide world class customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Support the department in delivering daily revenue targets.
  • Ensure the stores always look well-presented and that processes are being followed correctly, allowing for a safe & successful environment.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience of Retail or Leisure environment is encouraged but not essential.
