This is a Full time, 12 month FTC on site role Monday to Friday (5 days a week with occasional weekend in line with business needs)
In this role you will act as a HR expert to the people managers across the business and be responsible for providing advice, coaching and guidance on best practice, policy and processes throughout the employee lifecycle; ensuring any employee relations cases are dealt with effectively, in line with values, and any business risks are minimised.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside the wider HR Team to maintain employee records and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to and practiced, including right to work checks, DBS Checks, and medical checks where necessary.
You will support delivery of people plans including contributing to and reporting on engagement, performance, and development plans.
Manage the annual Employee engagement survey, WWTK, to ensure we collate feedback from our staff and be actively involved in the employee forums listening to, and acting on, feedback and creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. Qualifications & Experience
CIPD qualified or willingness to work towards your qualification with sound knowledge of UK employment law and best people practices

Practical experience in an operational people role in a fast-paced customer focused business

Experience of managing or supporting ER cases through to resolution and maintaining ER templates to ensure legal compliance

Ability to analyse data to monitor effectiveness, track progress and outcomes of projects and draw insights that influence future action
