- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and support operational needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with guests
- Basic organisational skills, including managing luggage storage and shop stock
- Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Willingness to complete all required onboarding and training
