Thorpe Park Resort in Chertsey, Surrey is seeking a Health & Safety Director to lead the safety strategy across the resort and to shape a proactive safety culture. You will report to the UK Health, Safety & Security Director and collaborate with the Site Vice President and Senior Leadership Team to ensure safe operations and continuous improvement.

You will lead a visible Health & Safety team, manage audits and incident investigations, and partner with external agencies to uphold regulatory standards.
