Be the welcoming face of Thorpe Park Cabins! As a Hotel Night Receptionist, you’ll make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, hassle‑free stay. From checking guests in and out to serving in the Supplies Shop, you’ll keep standards high throughout the Cabins and help us meet key performance targets. Reporting to the Hotel Night Team Leaders, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Accountabilities
- Welcome and check guests in and out of the Cabins with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
- Keep the Cabins Shop fully stocked and ready for guests.
- Safely store luggage and deliver it to cabins for arriving guests.
- Ensure KPI surveys are completed by all departing guests.
- Maintain the highest standards by completing daily and weekly checklists in full.
- Clean all guest areas overnight so they’re ready for the next day’s operation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Show integrity and responsibility when managing guest property, following all procedures.
- Provide accurate information about guests’ stay at Thorpe Park Cabins to enhance the guest experience.
Please note that due to the unsociable hours for this role, all applicants must be 18 or over.
