We are looking for an experienced Reservationist to join our team as Senior Reservationist. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager you will have opportunity to gain exposure in one of largest revenue generating areas of the business – bedroom sales. Your role day to day will include:
Your day to day;
- Support the Sales Office Manager with the management and recruitment of the team
- Oversee bedroom reservations, group bookings and sports team bookings managing the day to day activity of the booking cycle
- To undertake KPI reporting to the agreed company standard
- To forge great relationships with agents and guests alike.
- To be familiar with all-hotel facilities and services to advise guests/clients how best to enhance their stay/visit.
- Using your knowledge of the hotels products and services respond to enquires received, providing guests/clients with proposals to best suit their needs.
- To manage bookings from the initial enquiry through to the seamless handover to the operational team on arrival of the event/stay.
- Communicate with guests/clients with warmth and hospitality to deliver an authentic and genuine experience.
- Work as part of a sales team to drive and achieve the sales targets.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate reservationist, from a sales office who is keen to develop their career. You will have a flair for organisation, an eye for attention to detail and great communication skills.
Ideally you will have hotel experience, as well as experience working with Opera, Restaurant booking systems and Fourth Hospitality. You will have proven ability to maximise business levels, be analytical with KPI’s and reporting. We are looking for someone to turn ideas into reality for our guests and clients, always being solution focused.
