We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Leisure Assistant to join our team, working in a busy and vibrant spa. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests while maintaining standards across our spa facilities. You will be a welcoming presence for every visitor, supporting a relaxed and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting our guests with a welcoming smile, offering advice and assistance when necessary.
- Ensuring guest safety at all times, following all health and safety spa procedures.
- Maintaining excellent spa standards, cleanliness and presentation.
- Providing the highest level of hospitality.
- Upselling of food, beverage, treatment, products and other hotel facilities.
- You will need to be calm under pressure, reacting effortlessly to unexpected circumstances and taking them in your stride.
- Completing regular pool tests and pool plant operations, and serving as a pool responder (all trained).
