Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator will play a key role within the project organisation, ensuring the effective coordination of logistics, warehousing, and materials management activities across major offshore projects.
This is an urgent requirement for a contract until November 2026.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, and operations teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, fully compliant, and accurately documented throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing all project logistics and warehouse activities in line with project procedures and requirements.
- Coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, including import/export processes, customs clearance, and full delivery tracking.
- Supporting procurement and expediting activities to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.
- Overseeing goods receipt processes, including inspection and final goods receipt verification.
- Maintaining full traceability of materials from supplier dispatch through to project completion and handover to operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on stock levels, material movements, transport costs, and logistics performance to support overall project efficiency.
About you
- Proven experience in international logistics, including UK customs clearance processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience working in project-driven environments, ideally within offshore or energy sectors.
