Support the growth of a leading UK manufacturer in this new role of Marketplace Performance Manager where you will lead and optimise brand presence across key online marketplaces in the UK and EU.

In this role you can expect to be responsible for driving growth, improving performance, and expand into new platforms while ensuring operational excellence.

You will lead with a strong analytical mindset, being confident in interpreting data and making informed decisions which lead to improving processes and turning insights into actionable strategies.

Key duties include

  • Managing daily operations for UK and EU marketplaces such as Amazon, e Bay, and Tik Tok Shop, ensuring listings are accurate, optimised, and consistent with brand standards while maintaining pricing strategies to protect margins.
  • Handling Amazon-specific tasks including cost management, chargebacks, profitability analysis, and collaborate with the advertising agency to refine ad strategies.
  • Researching and evaluating new marketplace opportunities across Europe, developing business cases, and leading rollout plans including listings, fulfilment routes, and vendor agreements.
  • Delivering clear, actionable reports on marketplace performance and KPIs, using data insights to improve category results and identify growth opportunities.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, sharing marketplace insights to support broader marketing strategies.
