TMM is exclusively partnering with an energy business who are looking to appoint a dynamic finance professional with a passion for strategy, growth, and high-impact delivery.
This key role requires a driven individual to join the team in a hybrid role spanning:
- Corporate finance and acquisitions β supporting deal analysis, valuations, and M&A execution.
- Commercial strategy β shaping financial models, assessing opportunities, and supporting business growth.
- Investor and stockbroker liaison β supporting investor relations, capital markets engagement, and regulatory presentations.
- Corporate presentations and marketing β craft compelling investor decks, board reports, and market-facing materials.
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in energy, ideally within corporate finance, consulting, or strategic roles.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen you will be a confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience in public markets, listed environments, or investor relations is a plus.
