The predicted salary is between 36450 - 44550 Β£ per year.

Permanent opportunity available for an experienced transactional finance professional to join a well established international business in a key Accounts Payable & Receivable Lead role.

This position will play an important part in overseeing day to day AP and AR operations, supporting credit control activities and ensuring financial processes are managed efficiently across the business.

The role offers a varied workload, exposure across multiple finance functions and the chance to work closely with both finance and operational teams.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Leading daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
  • Supervising invoice processing and ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Managing supplier and customer account reconciliations.
  • Supporting fortnightly payment runs.
  • Overseeing intercompany processes, reporting and dispute resolution.
  • Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations relating to AP and AR.
  • Supporting analysis work to ensure revenue and costs are coded accurately.
  • Maintaining supplier and customer master data.
  • Monitoring expense claims and VAT allocations.
  • Working closely with procurement and operational teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Supporting credit control processes, reporting and customer reviews.

Applicants should demonstrate

  • Previous experience within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a wider transactional finance environment.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across different teams.

Previous experience working with SAP would be advantageous, although not essential.
