A growing business, based North of Aberdeen, are seeking a skilled Admin and Finance Assistant on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This varied part-time role (approx. 15-20 hours per week) will support the day-to-day running of a growing international business, and responsibilities include processing orders, preparing invoices, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices alongside supporting documentation.
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting sales and purchase ledger activities.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and international head office colleagues.
- Assisting with payroll coordination alongside the external payroll provider.
- Supporting VAT and payroll tax compliance processes.
- Providing general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintaining and updating information within online accounting systems and internal databases.
- Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience within a similar office-based role, assisting the finance function.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel, alongside accounting software. Experience implementing new systems advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline advantageous.
