TMM is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading global provider of engineered services and products, who are seeking a talented Accounting Manager to lead the general accounting function and support the continued growth of the organisation.
This is a key role in a highly agile, international environment, offering the opportunity to combine technical excellence with commercial influence.
The Role
The Accounting Manager will oversee all core accounting activities, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements and management reporting.
Working closely with the Finance Director, you will strengthen controls, elevate reporting quality, and guide a motivated Finance Team through continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge across UK GAAP, relevant local GAAPs and IFRS.
- Experience with SOX audits.
- Blend of professional practice and industry experience.
- Experience within an international or global business is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable leadership experience and the ability to develop and manage teams.
- Involvement in ERP system implementation or major finance system projects.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality output.
You’ll be a proactive, detail-driven accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
Combining technical depth with commercial understanding, you will be comfortable improving processes, enhancing systems, and developing people.
