Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors and other HR technology projects. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. Ensure system integration, data security, and compliance. Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and process improvements to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role leads the implementation of a major HR technology platform and related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of HR system implementation.
  • Defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Overseeing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops.
  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively with strong organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, and performance management.
