Overview

A fast-growing brand in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role is central to supporting marketing operations, coordinating campaigns and events, managing materials, and aligning closely with sales to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of marketing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with wider objectives.
• Maintaining project management tools to track progress and support team visibility and accountability.
• Coordinating events such as exhibitions and trade shows and managing lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Overseeing marketing schedules across campaigns, ensuring timelines are met.
• Managing digital and physical marketing materials, keeping assets up to date and ensuring availability for internal teams and new customer onboarding.
• Collaborating closely with the Sales Team, attending meetings and adapting marketing strategies based on feedback.
• Assisting with product launches, including sample distribution and preparation of supporting materials.
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics across platforms, providing insights to guide decision-making.
• Tracking marketing spend and ensure activities remain within budget.
• Contributing to team-wide projects, supporting ad-hoc tasks, and helping drive the development of marketing strategies.
• Staying informed on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
