TMM are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing SME in the energy sector seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Financial Controller to support its next stage of growth. This is a critical hire for a dynamic, forward-thinking business scaling both domestically and internationally.

You will report directly to one of the company directors and play a central role in driving financial performance, shaping strategic decisions, and ensuring robust financial management as the company expands.

The successful candidate will ideally be professionally qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE equivalent with proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within an SME or scale-up environment.

You will have demonstrable experience in system/process development and ERP implementation and a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Exposure to international financial operations and multi-entity environments is highly advantageous.
