TMM has been exclusively appointed by a leading global energy business to recruit a Finance Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a key role overseeing financial operations, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work across multiple currencies and entities, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving process improvements. The successful candidate will have a proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision making. An excellent communicator, ideally with team management experience, this is the chance to be part of a growing business.
Who we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in a global business, managing multi-currency transactions and complex tax structures.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, ERP systems, and database reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a small team.
