Working exclusively with a local, well-known charity in Aberdeen, two senior level support requirements have arisen - Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant. Both roles will be based in the city centre with hybrid working available and supporting 35 hours per week.
Duties and responsibilities will vary between each role, but general outline includes:
- Diary management
- Organising travel
- Administrative support
- Coordinating management meetings including preparing agendas/minutes
- Managing correspondence of report line
- Managing expenses
- Supporting any relevant events including fundraisers/staff events/entertainment
- Preparing the agenda for Board and Committee meetings (EA)
- Collating papers and sending out to trustees in advance of meetings (EA)
- Attending Board and Committee meetings and taking accurate minutes (EA)
- Proofreading papers and minutes to ensure they are accurate, and all actions are acted upon (EA)
- Maintaining paperwork required of trustees under regulatory requirements (EA)
