What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
• Taking responsibility for the planning, review, and delivery of audit assignments.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering clear advice and building strong professional relationships.
• Supporting business development activity, including tendering for new work and identifying opportunities within the existing client base.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborating with Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and quality assurance.

What we’re looking for:

• A professionally Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA).
• Proven experience managing audit assignments and client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
• A commercial outlook and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
