Working within the property industry, you will join a friendly and collaborative team as an Administrative Assistant supporting the day to day running of a successful commercial property firm.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing incoming enquiries, greeting visitors, and office management duties (ordering stationary, document copying, filing, and archiving).
- Administration of contractors, company vehicles, and company flats, as well as direct administrative support for Directors, Project Manager and Executive Assistant.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Property management duties including arranging meter installations, addresses for new builds, providing utility readings, management of Key Register.
This role is a part-time position on a 12 monthsβ fixed term contract. Property experience is not essential, any previous office experience will be considered. Applicants should be outgoing with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others as well as be proactive in their own work.
