MEID Projects was established in 2019 and is a family run business. We pride ourselves on what we do and we do it well. We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Engineer with strong plumbing and gas knowledge to join our maintenance team. This role is suited to someone confident across a range of trades, able to complete jobs start-to-finish with minimal follow-on works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade maintenance and repair works in varying locations throughout the UK
  • Plumbing repairs, fault finding, and minor installations
  • Gas servicing, repairs, and safety checks (where required)
  • Carpentry, joinery, and general building repairs
  • Tiling, patch plastering, and making good
  • Minor electrical works (where qualified)
  • Reactive maintenance and planned works in occupied properties
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
  • Ensuring all works comply with current health & safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Engineer
  • Strong plumbing background (essential)
  • Gas Safe Registered (preferred but not essential)
  • NVQ or equivalent trade qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage varied workloads
