Salary: Competitive Thorold Produce Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on shop floor role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a busy production area, packing fresh produce for retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers.

Requirements: Experienced within a fresh produce packhouse environment.

Working Knowledge of BRC would be advantageous.

Organise workflow by assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure minimal downtime and maintain a cost-efficient operation.

Oversee and coach employees/agency staff.

Ensure good communication with QC department.

Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.

Adhere to company policies and procedures and enforce safety guidelines.

Good command of written and verbal English and the ability to communicate to a multi lingual workforce.

Positive, can do approach.
