Requirements:
- Line machinery knowledge essential, over wrappers & vertical form fillers. Further on-going training also provided.
- Experienced within a fresh produce packhouse environment.
- Working Knowledge of BRC would be advantageous.
- Supervision of staff to ensure minimal downtime and maintain a cost-efficient operation.
- Oversee and coach employees/agency staff.
- Ensure good communication with QC department.
- Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and enforce safety guidelines.
- Good command of written and verbal English and the ability to communicate to a multilingual workforce.
- Positive, can-do approach.
