We are seeking a Farm Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale family owned vegetable farm. This is a hands-on role, where you will manage crop production, storage, and overall farm resource management. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth daily operations, effectively lead and support farm teams, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in arable farming with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and support farm teams effectively
  • Technical expertise in precision farming, data analysis, and crop management
  • Knowledge of compliance, assurance schemes, and regulatory standards
  • Full UK driving licence (PA, NRoSO, BASIS & FACTS qualifications desirable but not essential)
