About the role
Are you someone who thrives on getting things organised, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? If you’ve got a “can-do” attitude, enjoy variety in your day, and love being the go-to person for getting things done—this could be the perfect role for you.
It’s about:
- Day-to-day Operations – processing paperwork and invoices, managing incoming mail, and ensuring everything is accurately recorded and securely filed.
- Supplier & Helpdesk Support – checking invoices against orders, tracking maintenance issues through our helpdesk system, and ensuring suppliers have the correct documentation.
- Facilities Support – helping with health & safety tasks, risk assessments, and equipment checks, while keeping accurate records and logs.
- Communication & Coordination – liaising with colleagues across the business, sharing clear updates, and helping to ensure the smooth running of the office environment.
What you’ll need
- Highly organised with great time management and attention to detail.
- A strong communicator—clear, confident, and able to work well with people at all levels.
- Tech-savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and proactive—you’re always ready to pitch in and adapt to changing priorities.
- Safety-conscious, ideally with some knowledge of health and safety or willingness to learn.
- Some previous knowledge of Health and Safety is preferred but not essential.
