About the role
Build your future in a team that’s shaping Scotland’s landscape.
In this role, you’ll be a valued member of our top-tier Commercial Real Estate team—advising on some of the most high-profile, high-value property transactions across Scotland. Based in Glasgow (with hybrid working supported), you’ll work alongside respected partners and talented colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice on complex deals for developers, investors, lenders, public bodies and corporate occupiers. It’s about:
- Advising on landmark deals – Leading clients through the acquisition, disposal and development of high-value commercial property assets.
- Driving investment and development projects – Guiding clients through the full lifecycle of development work, collaborating with our planning and construction experts where necessary, and adding strategic value throughout.
- Supporting commercial leasing and asset management – Acting for institutional and private clients on lease negotiations, portfolio structuring, and value optimisation.
- Navigating complex property finance – Working closely with lenders, borrowers and investors on innovative finance structures and transactions.
- Delivering clear, confident advice – Supporting a wide range of clients across sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, healthcare and public infrastructure.
- Mentoring and collaboration – Playing a key role in a close-knit, ambitious team where your experience is valued.
- Building your profile – Working with a team that’s known for its national reach and local excellence.
What you’ll need
- Solid experience in commercial real estate law, ideally with at least 4years\’ post-qualification experience.
- The ability to lead complex property transactions from end to end.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, client-focused approach.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to think strategically about client motivators, ambitions and challenges.
- A collaborative attitude—you’ll be part of a team that values trust, support, and shared success.
