ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

About the role
In this role, you’ll be part of the Document Management Services team, ensuring the efficient management and organisation of legal documents and records. You will be responsible for various tasks related to document processing, filling, retrieval and archiving. Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about keeping things running like clockwork?
It’s about:
- Administrative Support – delivering excellent administration support to colleagues and the wider firm to ensure all tasks are completed and run smoothly.
- File Administration – maintain physical filing systems, ensuring that documents are filed and organised according to the firm’s filling standards and retention policies.
- Documentation Management – managing, sorting and processing incoming documents including correspondence, principal documents, title deeds, wills, contracts and other legal materials and inputting them into the firms electronic document management system accurately and efficiently.
- Legal Support – Assist lawyers, paralegals and other staff in retrieving and accessing documents, following established procedures and protocols.
- Confidentiality management – adhering to data protection policies when handling sensitive or confidential information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
