Thornton & Valley Park Surgery is seeking a proactive Clinical Pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing qualification to join our supportive team. You will work closely with GPs and nurses across our hub model and across associate practices, focusing on chronic disease management and comprehensive medication reviews.
The successful candidate will provide primary support for prescriptions, repeat prescribing, and complex clinical queries, with opportunities for training and professional development.
