Job Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our Head Office in Wirral with the opportunity of hybrid working. Two days from home and three days from Head Office.
This role is key to the bid process and will support our ambitions growth plans over the next five years. This role focuses on the development and delivery of engagement including, proposal, bid & content writing & online marketing.
It will also support a variety of key projects as well as the planning and implementation of engagement communications internally and externally.
Responsibilities
+ Preparing PQQs/SQs, re-writing/editing bid responses from a variety of stakeholders to ensure compliance to client requirements & win themes, identifying and reworking prewritten content as required.
+ Undertaking market research
+ Assist bid manger in developing proposal structure
+ Drafting & producing content for to produce quality content in a variety of formats, including digital, social media, internal coms, website
+ Ensure brand & messaging consistency
+ Assist with shaping our company internal and external communication strategy
+ Drafting through to proof reading final version of company and services literature ensuring brand consistency and content accuracy
+ Assistance in ensuring all company documents are up to date, correct and being managed/used accordingly
Requirements
+ Experience bid/content writing and project support.
+ Strong creative writer and collaborator with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
+ Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
