Greene King is seeking an Apprentice Chef at Thornton Lodge near Blackpool to train in a busy kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to meet specs while delivering great hospitality in a warm pub environment.
The apprenticeship includes work-based training with Lifetime Training, English and Maths Functional Skills, and a Chef Academy with four masterclasses; 20 hours minimum per week, evenings and weekends involved, lasting about 1 year 3 months.
