ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Family Law Associate, you will provide top-tier advice on a variety of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children and injunction issues, surrogacy and fertility, cohabitee disputes, and pre and post-nuptial agreements. You will manage a small caseload and assist senior team members on more complex cases. The role also involves contributing to business development and the growth of the department.
