Our client is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to become an integral part of their Childcare Team in Ashton-under-Lyne. The firm is renowned for its supportive environment and commitment to career progression.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solicitor in the Childcare Team, you will manage your own caseload, focusing exclusively on Childcare Law matters. This role does not involve Private Family Law work, which is handled by a different team. You will be responsible for conducting advocacy and ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.

The salary for this Solicitor role is market rate and dependent upon experience. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, a loyalty holiday scheme, and the ability to buy additional holidays. The benefits package also features a contributory pension scheme, annual discretionary bonus scheme, non-contributory death in service scheme, and a Paycare scheme.

ABOUT YOU

To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in Childcare Law, including managing your own caseload and undertaking advocacy. While The Law Society's Children Law Panel accreditation and/or a Children's Guardian following are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Strong prospects for career progression await the right candidate.
