The Spa at Thornton Hall Hotel are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our ever expanding, ever developing, fantastic team. We are looking for enthusiastic, talented and bright individuals, who have a huge passion and experience in the beauty and spa industry, to join us.
The Role of Spa Therapist here at Thornton Hall is for those individuals who see themselves as friendly, vibrant and eager to constantly learn. Our aim is for you to go above and beyond just the physical aspect of your treatments you are providing, but to also deliver exemplary customer service and an all rounded client journey, keeping the clients wellbeing a priority.
As a Spa therapist, our ideal candidate will follow the requirements below:

Must hold NVQ Level 2 in Beauty/Spa or equivalent. (or level 3)

ESPA, or Elemis brand training is preferred but not essential.

Strong team working abilities.

A professional, friendly and warm customer manner.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Experience or eager approach to retail sales.

Flexibility for working shifts; including late nights and weekends.

The confidence and motivation to constantly learn within your role.

Well experienced within the industry, * Beauty therapy level 3: 1 year (required)
