Experience of managing staff. Some experience in a successful Kitchen Manager/Catering Manager position (or similar). Have suitable communication skills to all sections of the academy community both verbally and in writing. Ability to operate as part of a team or individually as required. Be able to manage multiple kitchens. Be able to lead and motivate staff. Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression. Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies. Experience in meeting monthly KPIs. Experience in driving sales and initiating marketing ideas.
