Are you a technically strong, commercially minded leader with a passion for shaping complex solutions and influencing strategic deals? We’re looking for an experienced Principal – Pre-Sales to play a pivotal role in driving customer success and supporting high-impact sales engagements within a global technology environment.
In this senior position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle—partnering closely with Sales and Business Development teams to articulate value, shape solutions, and win business. You’ll also lead and inspire a team of pre-sales specialists, ensuring alignment with regional growth and renewal objectives.
- Provide expert technical pre-sales support to help achieve sales targets
- Be an Airline, NDC specialist.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to position compelling solutions
- Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution designs
- Clearly communicate complex technical offerings in a way that resonates with customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams
- Develop and execute strategic account plans alongside sales leadership

What We’re Looking For - AIRLINE BACKGROUND ESSENTIAL!
- Strong technical background (e.g., software engineering, development, or similar)
- Background in NDC Product, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture etc.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solution engineering roles
- Track record of leading complex bid processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- Experience engaging stakeholders from end users to executive leadership
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to lead through influence and inspire others
Nice to Have
- Experience within the travel, airline, or related industries
