We’re partnering with a high-growth technology scale-up in the FinTech / RegTech space that delivers market-leading solutions in Identity Verification (IDV), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. You’ll be at the intersection of customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and business growth. From ensuring customers get maximum value from the platform to spotting upsell opportunities and implementing automation, this is a role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify needs and upsell opportunities
  • Analyse usage data to spot trends and growth potential
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement automation solutions in CMS/support platforms
  • Support Sales & Marketing with automated prospect-to-customer funnels
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Technical teams for a seamless customer journey
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Technical Support, or a similar role — OR a strong desire to learn and grow in a tech scale-up
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Technical aptitude (experience with CMS, automation tools, or APIs a plus)

  • Ability to work from our Canary Wharf office when needed
