Our Global Travel client is looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst to join their expanding team. It is essential you come from eCommerce within Retail, Travel or Airline Industries and have the right to work in the UK. This role is IT focused as the business is moving from B2B to B2C.
They need assistance in mapping out various points across Customer Experience. You will currently be working in a Global business and be used to soliciting requirements from key stakeholders around the world, taking into account diversity of approach and local market differences.
This Global Travel Business Analyst will have the ability to build key strategic relationships and seek out opportunities to streamline processes. You will act as a co-ordinator between the business and the development team as well as any third parties.
