We’re looking for an experienced Principal – Pre-Sales to play a pivotal role in driving customer success and supporting high-impact sales engagements within a global technology environment.

In this senior position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle—partnering closely with Sales and Business Development teams to articulate value, shape solutions, and win business. You’ll also lead and inspire a team of pre-sales specialists, ensuring alignment with regional growth and renewal objectives.

  • Provide expert technical pre-sales support to help achieve sales targets
  • Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution designs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans alongside sales leadership
  • Mentor and lead a team of pre-sales professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration

Background in NDC Product, Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture etc.

Proven experience in pre-sales or solution engineering roles

Experience within the travel, airline, or related industries
