What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Inheritance Tax (IHT) products & solutions
- Proven experience in wealth management & working with HNW clients
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Financial Planning and Finance skills - Retirement Planning expertise
- Experience in Investments and Financial Advisor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organised mindset
- Certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
