Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Valuer based in our Chester branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of up to £40,000.
Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Assisting the Sales manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales
- Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production
- Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock
- Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings
- Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion
- Support the Sales manager to meet branch business plan targets
- Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
