Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Stockport.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with tenants, landlords and the property management team to ensure smooth progression of lettings.
  • Manage move‑ins, ensuring all documentation, payments, referencing and compliance checks are completed on time.
  • Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and legal documentation in line with current lettings legislation.
  • Ensure all properties and tenancies meet regulatory and compliance requirements before tenancy starts.
  • Coordinate key releases and ensure tenants receive correct documentation and information at move‑in.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the lettings team with administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations in a fast‑paced city centre environment.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, landlord and property records within the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an estate agency.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
